Refunds
Cancellations & 14 Day Returns:
The buyer may not cancel their order anytime since orders are made upon order, and no refunds will be allowed whatsoever. If for whatever reason the product is damaged immediately take photos and contact a sales representative for a RMA number and safely repackage the item and ship it back to us at the buyer's expense. When the item is being shipped back it must be packaged in the way it arrive to avoid any more damages. Refunds will not be issued of the item is damaged unless the shipping/freight company is at fault. Returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee. Refunds limited to the value of the returned item only! Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable - parts returned must be in brand new condition with packaging with no signs of wear and tare, use (installed), prepped or painted in anyway. If parts returned do NOT meet standards the parts will be partially refunded OR returned at the buyers expense. Returns without a RMA number may not be eligible for a refund and will be the buyer's responsibility to contact us. If you are unsure please take pictures and send it to us at successfulautomotive@gmail.com. Any items left over 30 days will be disposed of.
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR RECEIVING SHIPMENTS
When receiving shipments via truck freight, it is important to remember the following BEFORE signing the delivery receipt:
* Please take the time to examine the condition of the cartons AS WELL AS THE PARTS INSIDE before signing and accepting the delivery.
* Check the box for any rips, tears, punctures, crushed corners etc. You must notate these conditions on delivery receipt before you sign and accept the shipment. E.g. "damaged box" or "holes found on box". If the product is broken, make sure you write "items inside damaged" on the delivery receipt and nothing else.
* The shipping company will deny all claims if you fail to notate for damage.
* If the products inside the carton are heavily damaged, you can refuse the delivery. Please write "Refused Due to Damage" on the receipt.
* If delivery driver refuses your right to inspect contents of the box, please write "Driver refused inspection on contents at time of delivery" We will try to argue for you in case of damage.
* Call us WITHN 24 hours to report damage and keep all packaging materials.
* TAKE PICTURES.
